Creo was proud to support the launch of Health Education England’s first NHS Knowledge and Library Services Awareness Week, which marked the incredible contribution knowledge and library teams make in helping healthcare professionals make the most informed decision possible.
Our design team created bespoke branding and graphics, including the logo, web banners, posters, and social media content for the campaign. We also put together a briefing pack to encourage partners and stakeholders to get involved and raise the profile of the vital service KLS provides.
During the campaign – 14 to 18 June 2021 – we monitored the use of the hashtag #KLSNAW across social media and reviewed Google Analytics to put together a comprehensive report detailing the campaign’s engagement, reach and overall performance across social platforms and the Knowledge and Library Services website.
The campaign reached more than 1.2 million users on Twitter alone, with over 600 users contributing to the conversation on social media.
