Louise Bradford

Louise Bradford, Managing Director

Project manager, strategic marketer and PR expert, Lou is also a skilled copywriter, crisis comms pro and media liaison.

Working with global brands like Berghaus, sporting icons Durham County Cricket Club, business groups like North East England Chamber of Commerce, transport hubs such as Port of Sunderland and many more, Lou delivers marketing, PR and events for clients, on-time and on budget.

With fresh ideas, she explores new avenues to add value, identify creative hooks and approaches to give campaigns proper oomph!

Bryn Littleton

Bryn Littleton, Director

An experienced journalist, Bryn turned to PR and comms in 2003.

A vocal champion for business while PR manager for North East England Chamber of Commerce, he also managed PR at regional development agency, One North East.

Bryn led comms activity on many high-profile campaigns, including the reorganisation of Northumberland schools, NEECCs “50 Great Reasons” campaign, worked on the launch of multi-award-winning Passionate People, Passionate Places and even won awards for turning cows into reality stars for the Great British Meat Company’s “Keeping up with the Cowdashians” campaign.

Bryce Wilcock

Bryce Wilcock, Lead Client Partner

PR graduate, Bryce worked in-house for BE Group, writing for BQ Magazine.

He also promoted the mag, its website and daily online news platform. Securing his NCTJ qualification, Bryce took on the role of BQ business journalist.

Over three years, he became senior business journalist, contributing to the magazine, BQ daily bulletins and website, as well as overseeing the title’s social media efforts.

Shaun Burns

A tech-savvy creative, Shaun delivers work with impact.

Always produces the goods, whether geared towards specific or more general audiences.

With 16 years’ experience as a graphic and web designer, Shaun has developed brands, websites and every piece of marketing material you can think of for the likes of Sunderland College, BDN Architects, NHS, local property vendors and many more.

Alice Clark

Alice Clark, Client Partner

A multi-disciplined designer and illustrator, Alice creates colourful and impactful work that brings ideas to life.

Through her work as an illustrator, she has worked with clients ranging from The LA Times to local, independent businesses. Born and raised in the North East, she is passionate about showcasing the best the region has to offer.

Always striving to come up with new ideas, as a designer Alice has created ads, animated gifs, AR face filters and more.

Beth Dixon

Beth Dixon, Client Partner

A Fashion Journalism graduate, experienced copywriter and social media pro, Beth has a wealth of experience in developing engaging and impactful content for a range of clients.

With over three years’ agency experience, Beth has produced copy and visuals for both print and digital marketing materials, managing social media campaigns targeted towards a variety of audiences.

Keeping up with digital trends and the fundamentals of marketing, Beth is always looking for creative ways to tell stories and raise brand awareness.

Laura Farley, Agency Manager

Creo’s chief organiser, with a keen eye for detail, Laura has a wealth of experience in marcomms, events, sales and people management.

With over 10 years’ experience working in the busy marketing and communications team at housing company Gentoo, and more recently as business development manager for Spire Healthcare, Laura is responsible for the smooth running of Creo Comms, ensuring the business has the right systems and processes to maintain the exceptional customer care it provides to its clients, as well as helping to drive forward the growth of the business.

Mark Hodgson, Senior Client Partner

An experienced Account Manager, Mark joined the team having previously worked for seven years at Ashmore Consulting.

Mark is a journalism graduate who obtained a NCTJ Gold Standard Diploma in Journalism. He also has Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in project management.

Mark has developed expertise in creating insight-led business and marketing plans, helping organisations reach their goals.

He can also produce quality content for digital and print platforms.

An ambitious and passionate graphic designer, Scott creates engaging visuals that connect with audiences.

With 4 years’ experience working as a graphic designer, Scott started as an apprentice at Sunderland College before progressing into a junior role for Education Partnership North East, where he delivered a wide range of creative designs for both print and digital marketing materials.

Always looking for new and imaginative ways to deliver a project brief, Scott helps businesses see the impact that good design can make.

A can-do achiever, her ability to deliver high-impact tactics and output in line with clients’ growth plans, vision and objectives has generated maximum ROI, and benefitted companies of all sizes from SMEs to major global businesses.

Ross Johnston

Ross Johnston, Client Partner

A multiskilled photographer and videographer with a passion for visual storytelling, Ross’s work has been used by global production companies, corporates and elite sports clubs.

He has covered sporting events for England’s national football teams, Sunderland AFC  and Newcastle United. Ross worked with Fulwell 73 Productions on the Netflix documentary Sunderland Til I Die and has covered large events, such as stadium shows by Ed Sheeran and Elton John.

He can provide staff headshots, corporate, event and press photography, as well as all aspects of videography, including aerial filming.
