She has a strong customer service background having worked as a supervisor and complaints advisor for almost five years.

With over fourteen years’ experience as a graphic and web designer, Shaun has developed brands, websites and supporting materials for the likes of Sunderland College, Sunderland Carers Centre, BDN Architects, NHS, local property vendors and many more. He has the creativity and expertise to produce the visual energy your project deserves.
Bryn Littleton, studied NCTJ accredited journalism and has gone on to have a successful career in PR and communications.
Bryn brings expertise in championing businesses in the North East after working with the NECC for over three years. He has a wealth of experience across the media industry; with a background in journalism, having worked at The Journal for three years, he moved into the communications industry in 2003 and quickly worked his way to senior PR roles.
He has worked on many high-profile campaigns, including the reorganisation of Northumberland’s education structure, as well as tourism and inward investment initiatives during his time with former regional development agency, One North East.
Bryce studied PR at the University of Sunderland before working in-house for BE Group, an organisation made up of B2B companies from an array of sectors.
He then went on to work for BQ Magazine, a media title owned by the group, where he helped promote the magazine and its newly launched website and daily online news platform. Bryce then studied for his NCTJ qualification in reporting and media law, providing him with the skills he needed to take on a role as a business journalist at BQ.
Over the course of three years, he impressed enough to be promoted to senior business journalist at BQ, contributing to both the magazine and the BQ daily bulletins and website, as well as the title’s social media efforts.
